Hi there,

We are wondering how Oracle sells the HCM Talent Management package? Specifically, do we need to purchase Core HR / Global HR in order to use HCM Talent Management modules such as performance, goals, career dev? Can we maintain our person records on an existing third party HRIS and build an integration with HCM Talent Management (only syncing person records into HCM)?
