NUX: Remove only item comments from Performance Document

Need to remove individual item comment sections from the document without also removing the Summary 'Employee Comments'

In the performance document, I want to remove the employee comment sections only for individual items (such as each goal or each competency) while still leaving the Summary evaluation comment section available to employees to use. However when I use page composer and remove the item comment sections, it also removes the Summary comment section.

Is there an EL expression or something to specify only removing item comment sections and not every comment section on the document?
