Hyperlinks in Performance Document

How can you set the hyperlink to open in a new tab

Hi

I wonder if you can help.  I have a client who has incorporated a hyperlink within the performance document. 

However they need to have this open in a new tab on the browser when the person clicks on the link, rather than sending the user directly to the link on the same browser tab.  Is there a way this can be configured to open a separate tab when clicked.

Any help appreciated.
