Competency Rating Not Updating Profile

Hi there,

After some guidance.

Performance Document has Competencies (from Job Profile) appearing as expected.  I can rate as the employee and the manager, however when the Perf Doc is completed (Employee Evaluates > Manager Evaluates > Confirm Meeting Held > Employee Acknowledges) the Competencies with the Ratings do not get posted to the employees Profile.

I notice when the Employee Acknowledges the ratings are not visible.

Configuration: On the Performance Document Competencies Section, the Manager is set to Update Profile

Content Type: the Competency Content Type has the subscribers Performance Management, Talent Profile,
