Inconsistent display of information in “Performance & Potential” tab in My Team tab

While trying to access the “Performance & Potential” tab in "My Teams" tab under "My Organization" quick action, the page does not have any information displayed initially. However, after clicking on “Page refresh” button multiple times, after sometime, the data starts to get displayed. This is a manual process that we have to perform to get the display of data every time.

Just checking with others in this forum if this is a usual process & others are facing the same issue. If no, is there a solution to fix this issue?
