When trying to print performance document, employee getting error that they don't have access.

Summary

Employee receiving an error saying "You do not have permission to access this information".

Content

Is there a new privilege or role that needs to be added so that employees can print performance documents?  Employees have not received this message is previous performance cycles.  Error message attached.
