Several absence plans are linked to the same absence type. How to control which plan is used when an employee submits an absence of this type

We have an absence type "Congés payés" (Annual leave). The period of acquisition is annual from May to April.

 

Several plans are linked to this absence type:

 

- Seniority = number of days

- Acquired days = Number of days

- In acquisition for next period = number of days

 

When absence is submitted we need to control which plans is used depending of absences dates:

 

For example if the employee takes an absence during march of the period he will consumes days from the plan "Acquired Days", but if the employee takes an absence during August of the next period he will consumes days from the plan "In Acquisition"
