Need to add project ,expenditure type and Project task to the PTO line in Project time and labor

Content

We currently have PTO coming into the project time card but the required fields are not being auto populated on the time cards. Project Number, Project task, Expenditure date.   What are the configurations to make all of these fields auto populate on the absence line on the time card?
