Multiple adHoc / Anytime Docs - can employees be eligible for multiple?

I created two new adHoc templates today, but they are not showing up in batch processContent
Hi team,
Can someone confirm: employees can be eligible for more than one adHoc/anytime document correct? I created two new adhoc documents today, but for some reason they are not appearing for employees or managers. They seem to be stuck somewhere. Other adhoc templates are available, but not the new ones I created.
I already regenerated security profiles, so I don't believe that's the issue.
