Display Plan Option name in Comp statement

I am trying to show Benefit plans in Total compensation statement - currently out of the box below items are displayed

Plan Name  Option Description Employee contribution Company contribution

Apart from these columns, I also need to show option in which employee is enrolled along with the plan name.

How can I display this ?

Note : I understand that benefit details belong to benefit module and fetching these into Total comp statement might involve developing custom formulas since they cannot be called directly.
