Manager cannot share Performance Document

Hi all, 

Managers are encountering an error message when trying to share a performance document (attached).

They have just moved over to 20B and only has experienced the issue since Monday, other managers have been able to complete this task prior. I believe the 'Objective Category' only shows if a goal from the Performance Library has been chosen, however there doesn't seem to be a way to edit the category. Has anybody else come across this error?
