RUX: Organization Goals are not directly moving to Goal plan

Hi,

In the Goal Plan once Organization Goals are assigned by Manager. all the Goals are moving to "Goals Shared with Me" section. but the business wants the goals directly added up in Goal plan goals list. is there any option to make this change.

Any inputs would be helpful.
