Question/Suggestion:  Can "notes" created by an employee, manager, or matrix manager under the Check-In area be pulled into a report or better yet, linked to the Print button functionality within the Performance Document itself?

We are using quarterly check-ins - 4 per year and would like the able to capture the comments made by employee, manager and/or matrix manager in one spot.  

Currently, the "Print" button does not have a way to pull in the Check-In notes area.  See attached screen shot.  

Our HR Specialists, Managers would like to be able to see the check in comments along with the performance plan goals and comments in one report output.
