Entities in Accrual Matrix Expression Builder

Hi - I am looking for the simplest way to add a row to the Accrual Matrix on an Absence Plan to set the accrual amount for two specific individuals. The reason for the difference in accrual amount for these two cannot be identified by any data recorded in the system. Ideally I was hoping to find the Person Number (or Person ID) in the Person entity when I open Expression Builder but they're not there. Anything else could be subject to change or not be unique (e.g. assignment number or person name).

I am also not sure if it's possible to add to this list of items within the entity to be used from the Expression Builder.
