Save on Goals page not working

Summary

When user adds a new goal, then uses the Save button (vs. Save and Close) the goal is not saved, but when they add a new goal and use Save and Close, they are saved.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? As a note; we are not using any goal approvals.

I'm submitting an SR today, but need to mitigate the risk of other users adding goals that will not be saved, so I'd like to hide the Save button on that page until we get a fix in place.
