Hello All - As we know, we have Anytime Feedback functionality in the application

Currently, none of the existing admin roles have the capability to edit or delete the feedback provided by others functionality 

We have created a report, the output of the report is in the HDL format (the ready made output to load into HDL process)

With the HDL format, we were able to Edit or Delete the feedback provided by anyone in the system.

Let me know, if anyone needs the sample HDL format file

As part of any quarterly/monthly upgrade, we use Anytime Feedback functionality to validate whether emails are triggering as expected, and post validation, we use this Custom solution process to remove the data in UAT and PRD pods
