Withdrawal of Approved Absence without approval

Hello Experts,

Is it possible to set up withdrawal for approved absences without any approval? The delivered one does require an approval for withdrawals if the absence is approved, while does not require it if the absence is not yet approved. So, my question is rather than an approval for withdrawals for approved absences, can we do only a fyi notification to line managers?
