Goal Library - Profile Content

Summary

Can't find the Goal profile content type to reference to load the goal library

Content

Documentation states : "goal library is maintained as part of the content library in the Profile Management work area."

I recall seeing a Content Library for the goals, but there is no longer a template.  Even though the documentation states there is a delivered template for goals. 

I needed to reference the content library fields in order to use HDL to load a long list of goals to the library.  

I read the release notes for 20B and 20C and can't figure out what changed.   Am I missing something?
