Need Help Writing a Fast Formula which will return sum of all accrual entries between a specific time period for a absence plan

Hi Experts,

I am trying to write a FF (Type -> Global Absence Accrual) which should return sum of all adjustment entries made against a absence plan within specific dates.

The formula keeps compiling for ever.

Can anyone suggest what is wrong here.
