Goal Categories display lookup code instead of the meaning/description on Emp Self Service in RUI

Goal Category should show up the category meaning instead of the code

We just moved to Performance Management RUI. On the performance document, when employee tries to self evaluate, the Goal Categories displayed are the Category lookup codes instead of the meaning/description.

Is anyone else facing similar issue? Or did I miss anything in my setups.

Thought the RUI should pick up the meanings from the lookup and display them instead of showing the codes.
