How do managers track employees they have delegated from the worksheet?

Hi

We would like to use 'Delegation' action delivered in the compensation worksheets for managers to gather feedback on salary recommendations from other managers that employees may have worked with. The question is, once you delegate employees how do you track them? Ex:  Lets say manager A delegated employee 1 to Manager B. How does the manager A or anyone know that employee 1 was delegated to manager B? There seems to be no way to find that. Please let me know if anyone has found a solution or workaround for this
