Days UOM ABS Plan with Hours UOM ABS Type

I have linked Days UOM absence plan to Hours UOM Absence type,But the taken absence days didn't subtracted or appeared in The accrual plan.Is There any way to achieve that? in which when the employee took 8 hours leave a single day leave subtracted form accrual plan.
