Is there a means to import questionnaire responses from external sources

Hello Experts,

As part of our Termination Checklist, we have an exit interview questionnaire.

However, the same questionnaire is also used on a 3rd party survey site.

We'd like to import the responses from the 3rd party site into Oracle so we can report from a single source. I've not found any documentation on potential capability (HDL, etc..). Has anyone faces a similar request?

If we cannot load into the questionnaire for the ex-employee, we may need to look at defining a content type or some other structure to capture the information, but would like to hear the experiences of others before starting down a specific path.
