Hi,

We are trying to provide a solution where the customer wants to create an incident for non workers, i.e, Incident Reporter = 'Nonemployee' . The challenge though is the person data like the "Name" drop-down, the Phone, email fields do not populate like they do when the Incident Reporter is 'Employee'.

We plan to track this non worker population in the application; they will have the work relationship and personal details as a normal non worker - no specific data needs. The only critical requirement is to be able to allow incidents to be created with their data in the requestor section. Manually adding the Name, e-mail and Phone will be an overhead for the administrators.
