Custom Benefits Role

Need to exclude access to Plan Configuration and Evaluation and Reporting

Hello all,

I am creating a new security role and I am using the delivered role (Benefits Manager - ORA_BEN_BENEFITS_MANAGER_JOB) and the template. 

I need to remove 2 permissions within Benefits Administration (Plan Configuration and Evaluation and Reporting). Is it possible to remove access to these and keep Enrollment? Would these permissions be located in Data Security Policy or Function Security Policy?

I have attached a screen shot for reference.
