What methods are available to extract & load goal attachments? We are not able to locate goal attachments in the Goals.dat HDL file.

We implemented on one environment where 3 years of goals with attachments were entered, and we are now moving to another instance so we need to migrate those goals attachments over to the new instance.

The attachments can be queried via: select * from FND_ATTACHED_DOCUMENTS where ENTITY_NAME ='HRG_GOALS'
