Not able to create Performance document through Process Mass Actions for Performance Documents

Hi All,

We have a custom role created for Performance manager.

When we try to create performance document through Process Mass Actions for Performance Documents then after providing every details like employee number, template name, review period etc.it shows that Create performance document process is successfully submitted but after clicking on refresh multiple time then it doesn't show anything and performance document is also not created.

 

is this due to some missing privileges ?

any help ?
