Summary

Stop leave accrual when a person on leave and when he is back active the previous accrual balance should exist

Hi,

When  a person goes on leave of absence  , his leave accrual should stop  and when he comes  back from leave and his assignment status as  active payroll eligible , he should have his previous leave accrual balance in his leave balance . 

If any one has any idea to achieve this requirement . Please let me know.
