Requirement: Purge orphan absence entry notifications

Scenario: sometimes absence request go unnoticed by some managers, probably because they are overwhelmed by notifications for multiple requests and the request remains in pending approval state. For such scenario we have suggested a solution to update the absence entries via HDL and change the status to 'Approve' or 'Reject'. We have designed an extract which pulls the pending absence entries and geenrates the HDL file and uploads back into HCM cloud.
