Employee is not receiving Notification(Bell/Email) post submitting the Time Card

Hi Team ,

Employee is not receiving the notification after submitting the Time Card.

Despite he is receiving the notification for Approval/Withdrawn and Reject.

Is there a way to get the notification triggered to the employee once he submits the Time Card .
