Language Translations not working after Performance Document is assigned to employee

Trying to rollout Performance for our Mexican population in Spanish. But does not work

We have to rollout performance for our Mexican population in Spanish. We created the translations for the respective Goals and then also updated the ratings definitions in Spanish. But when we assign the performance document to the employee and the employee selects the spanish language during login, the employee self evaluation still shows goals and ratings in English instead of showing in Spanish. All the oracle seeded text is showing up in Spanish though...but our Goals and Ratings for which we loaded the translation already does not show up in spanish.
