Skills and Qualifications page label personalisations keep disappearing

When I create a personalised label for fields in the skills and qualifications page, they appear in the sandbox, but when I publish they are missing

Hi, 

I am personalising labels in page composer for fields in the skills and qualifications page. When I make the change in the sandbox, the change can be seen, however whenever I publish, the label disappears. 

Any ideas?
