Reference Absence Duration in Absence Plan Duration Formula

Hi Experts,

Is there any way we can reference what's displayed in the Absence DURATION into a duration formula for Absence plan? Currently, we are using the GET_PAY_AVAILABILITY function to get the input hours of employees, but this is looking at the schedule based on the assignment schedule vs. the one in the Absence type where it is looking at the published schedule.

So for instance, if published schedule is from 6 pm to 3 am and the assignment work schedule is from 8 am to 5 pm:
