Cancel button in final feedback in a Performance Document is not working

Hi Everyone,

 

While providing final feedback employees as well as a line manager, we were trying to cancel the feedback given to go back to the previous page but the cancel button is not working. Even after clicking on the button, nothing is happening. Let me know if anyone has faced this issue and what is the solution for this.
