Any notification for Line Manager, when an Employee withdraws

Content

Hello All - Employee has submitted the Goal Plan for Line Manager approval, Line Manager has received notification to take action, but an Employee has chosen to "withdraw" the same.

There is no email/notification is triggered for the Line Manager for the same.

Kindly let me know if there is an option (which I could not figure out yet) or any custom solution to meet this requirement.
