Extend Check-In documents with Competencies

Summary

The check-in template has sections for Goals en a General one, can we add competencies

Content

We would like to use the Check_in document (template)  for regular meetings between worker and manager to discuss topics as Goals, (performance and Development), Generic subject but also the Competencies related to workers job-profile.

Can anyone provide with a way to include these in the Check-In document?
