Post end date of Annual Review doc (PD) can we make it accessible to certain employees

Hi,

Our Annual Review PD document is ending on 31-Aug-2020

We want this to be made available in-use for certain employees beyond this end date.

Please note this should not be visible to all other employees and on another hand employees who has completed should still be able to see it.
