FYI notification is not working properly

Hi Team,

We have customized the Goal approval notification and when user submit the transaction its auto approving as per configuration and manager getting FYI but in FYI we are not getting updated data and the next day only the notification is updating with correct data.

Is there any process in back end is running to update the notification data because it taking one day to update the notification
