Send Absence PDF document to the User

We want to send a Document has absence information to users

Hi,

Basically, We created a form about the absence information of the user with using Data Model.

So we want system send that form after approval process to the user automatically. 

We have the HR rules about that. The employee must sign this document and give to HR Department

 

For Examaple,

I created an absence. I must get print out and sign it then give HR department. 

end of the approval created pdf reach to me with email or with using trigger etc.   

 

How is it possible?
