How to Collapse or Expand the direct reports in the performance overview page?

During the Performance, Overview line manager's got confused on the Performance Overview page while seeing the direct reports list. Only for the first direct employee performance document is showing by default and for the rest by default, it is in collapsed mode.
I don't see any option to control the Arrow (expand / Collapse).

Navigation > My Team > Performance Overview.
