Performance Document Search - Employee Assignment

Hello-

When we search for an employee in My Client Groups> Performance, and the employee has more than 1 assignment, we often see a number of inconsistencies with the assignment suggestions on the search that makes it harder for us to select the right employee document.

*The Assignment suggestions are not always the same for every employee, sometimes they will list their assignment number and for others, their job title.

*When listing the assignment number, they are not always accurate. Employees are sometimes listed twice with the same assignment number even though they have different ones.
 

Is there any way to make the assignment search list consistent for all employees? We have tried running the 'Performance Data Integrity Check' process and didn't help.
