Loading Absence Case with associated absences

To load Absence Case along with link to associated Absences

We have a requirement to automate the load of Absence Case and link with the Absences. I was able to HDL Load for Absence Case, but:
1. No information on linking Absences with Absence Case (neither HDL nor REST APIs appear to support this).
2. Unable to find HDL/REST api for Absence Case attachments/Document of Records.
