I cannot see any of my competencies in target outcome section during creation fo goals

Hi everybody,

I'm creating goals and I'm trying to add target outcomes to them. I click on target outcome section and I'm able to see all the items I created, such as degrees or languages, but I cannot see the competencies I previously inserted (I defined them in person profile, gave access to roles and added subscribers). Does anybody know what the problem could be?
