Goal description not updating in existing check-in document

Updated goal description not being reflected in existing check-in template. Reassigning the goal plan and check-in did not work

We have an existing check-in template with goals that need new descriptions. I attempted to update these descriptions using the below steps, but the change still isn't being reflected on the front-end.

1. I went into the performance goal plan associated with the check-in document

2. I then updated the description of a couple library goals.

3. After I saved, I ran the scheduled process that assigns out goal plans to the whole employee population. 

4. Once the process had completed, I ran the eligibility batch process to reassign the check-in template.
