How to expand the performance document section

Hello All - We have a requirement to display the performance document for employees in expanded state by default.

Currently it is in half expanded state and if Employee wants to know the current task status, they need to click on the down arrow button to view (refer the attachment)

We want to keep the document in expanded state by default.
