Hello all - My users are informing me about an issue their encountering where the Talent Ratings page is not loading. Mind you - if accessing the Talent Ratings page through another route (e.g. via the Navigator) it may appear however, it is not consistent. It's kind of like a hit or miss. 

Is anyone aware of or is experiencing this issue? Any info is greatly appreciated.
