Need to hide 'Manage Participant Feedback' task for HR Specialist role, as we would like the feedback to be confidential and only Line manager should be able to view it.

We have to hide 'Manage Participant Feedback' task for HR Specialist role, as we would like the feedback to be confidential and only Line manager should be able to view it.

I have hidden the 'Participant Feedback' task under quick actions and the task is hidden via My Client Group > Performance > , but I can still see the task when I search the employee's performance document via directory.

Is there a role/privilege that can be removed to hide this task.
