Accrual balance to be carry forward for a specific range

Hi,

 

We have to carry forward accrual balance for a specific range i.e. if the employee has balance between -60 to 200 at the end of the year then only the accrual balance to be carried over next year else it should be lapsed (carry forward as 0).
