We have requirement to change content of notification body. We have made changes in Templates Sub template for RTF type for Goal and Performance modules. Changes done for English. However this is not translating automatically to regional language users. Mail/Notification  body is English for all language notifications , but the Subject is changing as per user language. How this can be achieved? We want similar look and feel and layout for all language. Only the content should be regional.  I have gone through below doc.. Option 2 is preferable.  But How XLIFF work? Is it having localization text for all
