The information text highlighted in the attached screenshots are the same for the worker self-evaluation and the manager evaluation of workers.  I know you can replace the information text by using the User Interface Text and do a search and replace, but that will replace it everywhere with whatever text you enter.  What if you want to have certain text for a worker self-evaluation and then different text for the manager evaluation or workers.  Is there a way to have different text show in the information boxes?
